SIM CARD Refunds / Returns
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 30 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, there will be a $7 fee for shipping and handling
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Canceled orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before shipment, there will be no costs incurred.
Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
We cannot give refunds for the airtime after the start date ! If you need to cancel the topup please notify us within 24 hours, the plan cannot be canceled after 24 hours from from the activation or if you already started using the plan.
You may return an unused phone or Israeli SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A $7 restocking fee will be applied for shipping and handling Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging including the sim card case in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
The Prepaid Israeli SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 1-2 years. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.
The SIM card balance is valid for 12 months.If your credit expired you can contact the provider from the sim card within 6 months to reclaim your lost credit.
If your credit expired after 1 year you can contact the provider from the sim card within 6 months to reclaim your lost credit, if the credit expired the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.
