Press 1 after you hear the main account balance for the bonus plans and data plans on your account.

There is no other way to find out your account balance !

Dial *151 from your prepaid SIM card or hold down the '1' key.
If prompted to enter a password then your default password is 1111#. The password will only be necessary when checking your voicemail from a different phone. The instructions will guide you through the voice mail menu.
To check your VM from a different phone dial your phone number, when the VM picks up press pound then enter your password when instructed to.

From Israel: your number will be dialed as usual, just as if you were in Israel: 054-xxx-xxxx

From abroad: dial Israel's country code followed by the phone number, including dialing code, omitting the zero: +972-54-xxx-xxxx

The Israeli Prepaid SIM cards are only for use in Israel !

All prepaid SIM cards in Israel are blocked for roaming by default therefore you will not get a signal outside Israel, we can have the SIM card opened for roaming but that is not recommended since the fees are very high.

You need to have regular credit on your main account balance for roaming usage, the plans will not work while roaming.

While roaming you will only have access for calls and incoming SMS, any other service like sending SMS,MMS,DATA will not be available.

To sign up for the Orange International roaming service, call *111 from your personal Orange device toll free, Or dial 1-800-672643 from any other phone.

During your stay abroad you will be able to receive incoming calls and text messages, and make outgoing calls on certain networks (you cannot send text messages or to use cellular data while roaming abroad).

The roaming service will be available as long as your account has credit. Receiving incoming text messages does not entail payment on the part of the recipient. You will therefore be able to receive incoming text messages even if there is no credit left in your account balance, only with Orange you will have free incoming SMS while roaming.

Opening the line for roaming is not recommended since the fees are very high. the cost for calls are approximately 29.00 NIS for outgoing calls and 20.00 for incoming calls, all prepaid SIM cards in Israel are blocked for roaming by default therefore you will not get a signal in the outside of Israel.

Dial using 018 or 019 followed directly by the country code - for example, dial the USA as follows: dial 018 or 019 etc. then 1(555)555-5555.

Every carrier uses different access points (APN) settings for wireless DATA connection, some phones like the Iphone or Blackberry will automatically configure the APN settings, other type phones like Nokia/Android need to be configured manually.

You can Send a SMS to 999 with the letters OTA while installation it will ask for a password (PIN) enter 0000 , this will auto configure the APN settings on your phone, this service will not work with the Iphone or Blackberry phones these devices automatically find the network setting and auto configure, Android phones need to be configured manually.
